Shipping Policy

We use Amazon Shipping to ship our goods from the Warehouse, located at Ontario, California. We only ship our goods in the states. All of our products are made in China. 

Every customer will have free shipping after having a membership of POWOXI Fan Club.  You can join the club by making an account on our website, powoxi.com.

When you place an order, we will pack and ship the product in 2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-9 days to ship the product to your address. Fast shipping usually takes 2-4 days. The shipping time is really depends on how far you are from our warehouse.
